Careers at Mesko Glass Company

Mesko Glass is a family-run glass and glazing company in East Stroudsburg, and we're hiring glaziers and installers to join the crew.

What the work looks like

This isn't a desk job. You'll be cutting and installing real glass on real jobs across the Poconos, Lehigh Valley, and New Jersey: windows and shower enclosures on the residential side, storefronts on the commercial side, windshields on the auto side. Some days that means the shop floor in East Stroudsburg. Other days it means a job site or a customer's driveway.

Why work here

Three generations of the Mesko family have run this company since 1958, and it's still a shop where you can point to a finished job and say you built it. We're PA-registered as a home improvement contractor (PA HIC Reg. #PA014543), and our crews are covered by Workers' Compensation Insurance.

Mesko Glass has 4.8 stars across 350+ Google reviews. Most of them come from customers who've had work done by the same crew you'd be joining, one job at a time, over decades.

What we look for

We're looking for glaziers and installers who can do careful, accurate work across very different jobs. One day it's a shower enclosure, the next it's a storefront or a windshield. Experience with residential, commercial, or auto glass is a plus.

How to apply

Send us your resume and we'll be in touch. Tell us what kind of glass work you've done before, if any. We're open to training the right person.
