What to know before you order

Financing options are available through Wisetack for qualifying residential projects.

Insulating glass carries a 10-year manufacturer's warranty against seal failure from the date of installation. We track it for you in our own system, so there's nothing to register. If a seal fails in the warranty period, we provide the replacement unit; an installation service fee applies. (Warranties are non-transferable and end if the property is sold.) The insulating glass units themselves are manufactured to ASTM specifications.

Most jobs run about a week for annealed glass and about two weeks for tempered, though supplier availability and the season can shift that. Delivery is also available; ask for a quote when you place your order.

Experience you can count on
