Upon your initial call, we will attempt to gather as much information as possible. A sketch with dimensions sent to us is the best way to get a price. We will arrange for a site visit to measure your opening and then we will provide a drawing with pricing for your approval. We collect a 50% deposit and order your materials. The usual lead time for fabricated tempered glass is between 1 – 3 weeks. Lead times vary depending on the season and how busy our fabricators are!
Materials are inventoried upon receipt and then the installation is scheduled. Most installations are completed within half a day’s time – 3 to 4 hours.
