From Estimate to Closeout

From estimating and preconstruction through installation and project completion, our experienced commercial team works alongside contractors and project partners to deliver quality glazing systems and dependable service.

Why contractors work with us

A GC vetting a glazing sub is really asking two questions: will the schedule hold, and is there a real person attached to the work who picks up the phone if a punch-list item comes back. Mesko Glass has been a family business since 1958. The same family that quotes the job is still the one you call if something needs a follow-up visit.

Next Step

Bidding a project?

Send the plans and the schedule to our estimating team. If the glazing package is still being drawn, send it anyway. We would rather see it early.

Some jobs we can price from what you tell us here. Others need a field visit to measure before we can give you a real number. Either way, we answer within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, with the recommended next step. Every quote we send is good for 90 days.

Common Questions

Do you work directly with general contractors on active job sites?

Yes. That's most of our commercial work. Send us your plans and schedule and we'll quote against them.

How early can we bring you in?

As early as you like. We work from estimating and preconstruction through installation and project completion, and a glazing question settled at preconstruction is far cheaper than the same question settled on site.

How far out should we plan for glass?

Lead times typically run about a week for annealed glass and two weeks for tempered. Supplier availability and the season can move that, so we'll give you real numbers once we see the spec.

Is Mesko Glass registered and insured?

Yes. We're PA-registered as a home improvement contractor (PA HIC Reg. #PA014543), and our crews are covered by Workers' Compensation Insurance.

Walk in. Same family since 1958.
